Mr. Mahendra Shah co-founded the company in 1970, leading the transformation of NBIPL from a small company into a multi-faceted construction firm specializing in Industrial Construction.

He has over 5 decades of experience in Industrial and Infrastructure Construction and has expertise in real estate sector. He holds Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering. He overlooks the overall working of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. As Chairman of the company, he has fostered growth through his leadership, vision and participation in an expanding array of markets.

Mr. Pinal Shah is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful Managing Director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management terms in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from M.S University, Vadodara with just under 3 decades of experience in Infrastructure and Industrial Construction. He assures system-wide implementation of the policies and procedures that allow NBIPL to efficiently deliver services.

Mr. Dipal Shah, the Director of the company, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from SVIT, Vasad followed by Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas, USA and has 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

He lead’s NBIPL’s engineering operations, coordinating client requirements with technical and regulatory specifications, reviewing shop drawings, managing construction schedule and quality inspections.
